This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application "தொல்காப்பியம் முற்றோதல் Recitation of Entire Tolkappiyam" ("Application") for mobile devices, created by the Central Institute of Classical Tamil (CICT).

The Application collects information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is optional, but some features may not be available unless you register.

• Name, email address, age, username, password, and other registration information.
• Transaction-related information, such as purchases, offers, and application usage.
• Information provided when contacting us for help.

• Contact and project management information entered into our system.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Mobile device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information of the device.

We retain user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data is retained for up to 24 months, possibly in aggregate form thereafter.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or market data to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has submitted data without consent, please contact us at kannan.k@cict.in for deletion.

Security

We take reasonable steps to safeguard your data through physical, electronic, and procedural security measures. However, no system is fully secure against all threats.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted here and notified via email or SMS where applicable. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of changes.
